• have kidney failure/disease with eGFR is less than 60 mL/min/1.73 m2.

This is an in-depth consultation where we’ll discuss your health history and family health history, your current health concerns/symptoms, diet, lifestyle and any medications and supplements you may be taking, as well as exploring your health goals.
You will gain some understanding of why your food choices may be impacting your health and we will discuss what nutrition and lifestyle plan will suit your personal situation best.
A full analysis of any recent blood or other test results as well as medication and supplement interaction will also be included.
If further GP or private functional testing is recommended this will also be discussed.
A personalised diet, lifestyle and supplement plan to help support your health and wellness goals will be sent to you within 72hours of your consultation.

During this 60min consult we'll focus on the main health issue that's concerning you the most, establish your health and wellness goals and take a deep-dive into your current diet & lifestyle habits, and help you understand how your food choices may be impacting your health.
We'll then give you clear, actionable diet & lifestyle steps as well as recipes to help you kickstart your health journey.
